Stay away from FB ad selling Hoka via Vibrant Glamor.

I ordered woman's Hoka Kawana Black/Copper shoes on 4/27/23 through an advertising link I saw on Facebook. Order number No.M32023042863661330 and tracking number VY200000331302YQ via VUANG carrier. Through this tracking number, I saw my package was delivered to California. My shipping address is in New York. I emailed customer service about this issue and didn't get a reply until 5 days later.

They apologized and advised my shipment was on its way and provided this tracking info. https://www.track718.us/en/detailnums=4201215892612927005455000365251937

My package came about a week later and they were not the shoes I ordered. They look like knock-off Addidas Yeezys. They didn't come in a box and the shipping address was from an individual in Tennessee. I emailed customer service 6 days ago and haven't heard a peep back.

Saw an ad on social media for a HOKA clearance sale. Went to the website and it appeared to be same branding/layout as HOKA website. After ordering two pairs of shoes, I was sent a confirmation email from Vera at “Vibrant Glamor”. A shipping notification came a few days later but the number was fake. I have not received any shipment in over a month.
