I found a sought after item via google for "Arizona Diamond Back World Series Jersey"  - the company website shows it is an official "Major League Baseball '' Jersey. and even shows the "MLB '' patch.  Once I received the item and gave it to my son for Xmas he instantly saw it was a fake item from the patch and the lettering on the back.  He compared it to his other MLB Jerseys and showed it to me.  I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a refund because it was a fake.  They said they would refund me but that I would need to send it back to an address in China with tracking.  I asked them to pay for shipping or supply a prepaid label because it was misleading, they replied stating they would not cover shipping and then stopped corresponding with me.  I went to the post office to check the rate with tracking and it would be $62 (basically the price of the item). It 's just misleading. First of all to sell and counterfeit items, the website makes it look like they are based out of California and they accept returns and will refund BUT then they require shipping back to China with tracking, they know, no one will really do that.  So people think they are buying authentic merchandise and feel somewhat safe purchasing the product since it is seemingly a CA based company- until you realize it's counterfeit and want a return, they make it so expensive to return internationally that is simply isn't worth it and you are stuck with this fake item. It just does not seem right.
