I purchased a very nice wallet for my son back on November 19th and have not heard anything about an update, shipping or a tracking number but they were so quick to take my money. I have made several email inquires to them and have not heard back from them yet. It would be nice to know if this is a legit company or a scam. I was really hoping that it wasn't. I liked the wallet and planned on giving it to my son for Christmas. That day came and went so I asked them to try and send it to him for his birthday which was January 2nd. No response then either. So now I just want my money back. I spent $30 plus shipping fee. Can someone please get back to me at [email protected]? Thank you, Kim

Hi

I ordered a wallet months ago and when it hadn't arrived after a month or so I contacted Viconchic and was told by email that it must have been lost in shipping and that they would resend. Since then they have not answered any of my enquiries. I have emailed several times, have posted on Facebook page and have sent several messages through messenger. I really want to take this further as I'm sick and tired of getting ripped off.

Ordered July 30th. No email except the confirmation. Took my money august 2nd. Emailed 5 times since with no response. Not even confirmation it was received. It’s September 22.

Order placed 19/07/2022. Despatch promised 1-5 working days. Goods haven’t been received as at 21/08. No response to 2 emails.

Order July 30th. They took my money august 2nd. It’s now September 22 and 5 emails later nothing. I’m so mad! Filing a claim with my bank and I reported them to the better business bureau as a scam.

Handbag ordered 13 days ago. Money debited from credit account immediately. No response to emails sent to company when order not processed after 1 to 5 business days promised. Have referred matter to my bank.

Orders a $100 purse and then emailed the company after 10 business days after not receiving an update email or tracking information from the company. Says it was supposed to ship in 5 business days but they have no contact number and they never responded to my email. They pulled the money from my account they day i ordered.

This company does not send your product and does not respond to Emails that they encourage you to send them if you have any questions !
Lesson learned ! Do not order from them !
I ordered a purse a month ago and after 2 weeks I received an Email stating that my purse had been shipped and was in transit. I have tried contacting them 3 times but my Emails are never addressed. Sooo I am still waiting for what I believe is an imaginary purse !

Ordered a bag and I’m tracking it, they went past my state and now going in opposite direction. I will be surprised if i receive this purchase at this point. Pretty sure I’ve been scammed !
