Victor Fuentes advertised in the Big Nickel in mid June, 2018 that he and his company can do mfg home repairs and replacements. I left a message, and he called back to make an estimate for the work. (I also asked him if he had a contractors license and a manufactured home contractors license. His answer was “yes”. We agreed on a price that included his purchasing the materials. I paid him 1/2 of the agreed amount. Not long after that, he came back to get material money. I gave him 1/2 of what he wanted. Since then he has said he would be by to further discuss details and dates. He NEVER came by and hung up on our calls.

I am trying to reach him, but all I get is his phone that is no longer taking messages. I have searched many websites for help, to no avail. He is a liar, a fraud, a scammer. We two are senior citizens and would like this problem solved.
