We understand that this person requires a deposit before the deal is done but he refuses to video call or send videos of the puppies for free. When asked for a reference, he mentioned that person is asleep. We said we could wait till tomorrow but he said that all puppies would be gone by then. He then accused of scamming him for pet videos so we just blocked him.
