March 3rd the purchase was for a wind spinner. She received a pkg w/4" plastic clip on pinwheels for $27.97.

Another package came from Jeremy Murphy w/2 4" plastic clip on pinwheels. These were supposed to be metal for the yard.

Now Jeremy is offering her a $5 refund.
