I was approached by a friend to join her fitness team, and because we are all enduring COVID, I readily agreed; particularly because she has experience and was advertising to me that she would provide customized workout plans and meal plans, as well as be a motivating coach to help me reach my goals. I alone paid her 400 dollars, and never received anything customized, no meal plans, no check ins, and no start date despite me telling her when I was able to begin. When I asked her for a refund she ignored me for days, and now I have had to get police involved to try and get my money back. She has threatened me with retaliatory police action for harassment, has had multiple excuses and also lies I caught her in as to why she ignored me, all because I have consistently been asking for a refund since the service I spent my money on was never provided. She needs to be stopped so that others do not fall victim to her fraudulent business. She has THOUSANDS of dollars from myself and my friends who also bought into her scheme, and she refuses to pay.
