Hello,
A refund should not be something that a legitimate business should needs to “work on.” After many emails, an illegitimate tracking number, illegitimate merchant information, AND a delivery carrier that is also suspicious with no working phone number or website, my order was “conveniently” returned to you. This is bad business and I will be reporting it.
Please refund me my FULL amount of $76.49 by end of day tomorrow (12/18) or I will be contacting my lawyer.
