Seller is now on Amazon selling toys & other products. Pre-order items are not to be charged until the order has shipped, meaning the item is in stock. Seller has found a loophole in Amazon's system: Print a shipping label for item, and Amazon will mark the item as shipped even if nothing was shipped. This can and will hold for several months until it is too late to try to get a refund, according to other buyers.

Myself, my order was to have shipped 11 days ago through UPS on economy shipping, which in the US takes about 2-10 days. UPS tracking only states a Printing label was created on September 30, 2020 but no item was yet received by them to ship to me. Now, seller still maintains the item was shipped and refuses to cancel the order. I know UPS will intercept a shipment and return to the seller if the seller contacts them.

Amazon hasn't been much help and their site still states to expect the order in late January or early February. So to me, the item has not shipped yet and is still able to be canceled, but seller refuses.
