I ordered a retro video game system on their website. After the transaction I received a fraud warning email from my bank. But over the course of a week I received email updates indicating my package tracking number. I also received updates showing my package was moving and enroute. I eventually received an email saying my package was delivered but I received nothing.

I called the number and the told me to contact my local post office. I contacted them again and they said they would re-send me a new item.

Hopefully they will indeed re-send the item and use fedex, UPS or a reputable legit delivery company.
