The issue is that their monthly/yearly plans are very misleading. I canceled my plan after I realized they had charged me for $300 and emailed them to see if I could get a refund and be charged their standard monthly fee instead for the same service.
I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. As I write this review, I am very angry. I didn't start out that way, though. What began as a polite request for help with the billing was met with surprising lack of empathy and a lot of condescension.

Report the activity to the online payment service used for the financial transaction.
Contact your financial institution immediately upon discovering any fraudulent or suspicious activity and direct them to stop or reverse the transactions.
Ask your financial institution to contact the corresponding financial institution where the fraudulent or suspicious transfer was sent.
