In a frantic search to find my elderly parents who had wandered off for over 12 hours, I tried to track their phone using an app called "TrackPhone". I paid $1 via Paypal, and the app gave me a wrong location east of Fresno, CA. The police in Fresno said that the app gives everyone those location coordinates. Then 4-5 days later I was billed $39.99 since I didn't read the fine print that I would billed monthly thereafter via Paypal. I have demanded a refund, but not sure if I will get one. The bank statement shows the website connected to TrackPhone is viespy.com.
