I emailed to see when I could expect my order to arrive. I ordered Nov.30,23. I was sent and email saying that they thought it was sent. Because it wasn't they would rush the order plus take 15% off the total. I waited a while longer, sent another email. This time was told it had been delivered. I told them it wasn't delivered . They then said they left it in my mailbox. I ordered live plants and seeds they are not going to fit in my mailbox. They suggested I check the post office and my neighbors. I did that before I contacted them the first time! Now I just keep getting the run around and the phone number has disappeared.
