I placed 4 orders on this companys' website in May 2023, but never received any merchandise. The website was definitely made to look like it is associated with JC Pennys, in fact they claimed to be a "JCP Outlet" on the website. The tracking information they provide for the orders is also fake. The only way I found out they are in Hong Kong was when I looked up the transaction in my debit account. There is no phone number or address given to contact this company, just an email address of '[email protected]', but when I tried to reach them via email the emails are returned marked 'no such entity known'. I'm seeing similar scams using other big store names as well and I can't help but wonder if it's the same people as the scams are nearly identicle.

I ordered clothes on 5/3/23.paid an additional 12.90 for 3 to 5 days shipping. Still gVe bot received goods. Had several conversations with vigonts.com (which was the service department) however now this email does not exist. Where are my clothes I purchased?.
