Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased 4 pair of tactical pants. 8 weeks and many emails later trying to cancel the order, they arrived. Poorly made, all fit differently, all did not fit at all. For the past 2 months I have been trying to get a refund, no dice. They have offered 15%, 20%, 10%, and the latest is 50%, each time telling me it is the maximum they can offer. I keep the pants on all accounts and give them away. Will not even entertain my returning them for a full refund, because it would cost me 20 us dollars. Even though their return policy states differently, which I pointed out.
I am up to email #27, and have even informed them I would contact the BBB. Apparently they do not care.
