We have been looking everywhere for a puppy that would fit with our 6year old puggle. After trying to adopt and have it not be a great fit we started looking online. We emailed them for more info they replied, we decided after reading the reviews they had listed that we should buy a puppy. They were very pushy about getting the payment (900) and even asked us to call our bank to have the money clear faster (we did not do this, we just thought with covid-19 and it being the 1st of month maybe they needed the money). When the payment was clear they said we would get shipping info and sure enough it came. An email from 'general transport logistics agency' saying how the puppy could not fly with out $970 pet insurance that needed to be paid (this was NEVER mentioned), so I called the insurance company they listed "Petsecure" they are only in Canada and have sadly received these called before, they do not work with them and do not offer USA pet insurance. So I then call the number on the shipping email and they guy answers no company name just "you need to pay and I'll ship dog", I told him I would pay if he could provide me with contact information on the pet insurance comp and that I had called the one you emailed me on ..... he said "ok you call breeder to get puppy bye" and hung up. I have been trying to get a hold of the "breeder" but have not gotten a reply call, text, or email and I have reached out in ever manor.

We have been calling our bank to make sure we didn't just open a cookie jar and really dealing with the pain of thinking you were going to add a new family member and then boom your out 900 in a pandemic. Feeling SUPER stupid and can just lost us money when we all know its hard to make right now.
