Received letter stating owed on a payday loan that I never applied for, had last four of my social, claimed i obtained loan while working for a co i have not worked for in over 10 yrs and closed bank account(have had same acct for 20+ yrs) after loan was paid out. threatened to subpoena my parents(hope they have a ouija board).

Got a letter for an NSF Fraud Letter alleging that I scammed a company that I've never heard of in my life out of $875. 74 while working at a company I haven't worked for in over 9 years. They're threatening to subpoena both of my parents. It looks fake and scammy.

Received letter in mail from viking legal group saying i owed money key pay day loan and needed to pay by August 23 or they were taking immediate legal action against me in civil suit. The letter has my name, address, last 4 numbers of my social security number, it also had information about a former place of employment where i worked in 2003. I did not take out this pay day loan and do not owe money key. Viking legal group in san jose ca did not come up in any of my Google searches. And their website looks suspicious.
