There was an ad on Facebook for Christmas ornaments from Hallmark being sold by another website as they were advertised as clearance items. I ordered quite a few and my Mercury credit card was charged $50.24. I never received them, in fact I forgot about ordering them. I ended up in the hospital due to having emergency surgery. So I wasn't thinking clearly. I received my credit card statement and the company Vikrasseth.com had charged me the $50.24 for the items I never received. I contacted my credit card co. to dispute the charge, they informed the sender and the sender sent them a hand typed proof of delivery, with no photos attached showing that the item was delivered. I never received this item, I reached out to the company and they said I needed to produce an order number, which I didn't have. I've emailed them several times since then, and they will not respond to my emails and there is no phone number to contact them. If I had received this product I would gladly pay for it. I have done some research and everything I find tells me that this company is a scam. I received word that my credit card company won't reverse the charges because they received this so called proof of delivery, which I could have made up myself. Which I told them that. I also told my credit card co. if they can get the company to send a picture of the package on the porch then, even if it were stolen I would gladly pay for it. I was staying at my son's home at the time of this incident and he has security cameras and there was nothing on the cameras for that day of being delivered.

They have my credit card number phone number and address.

They were showing on facebook. I didn't do my research before I just ordered and then realized about a month after I didn't receive anything that it was a scam. I have communicated with "Someone" claiming they were customer service and I would receive a refund, then that time passed and again they told me the same stuff. Finally gave up after I contacted them over 2 months with no resulf.

In November 2023, I responded to an ad on Facebook which offered a Willow Tree Nativity for $39.98. I paid with a credit card and was emailed a "receipt" which simply stated that I had successfully made a payment to Vik Rasseth Limited, no mention of what was purchased or any tracking information or estimated date of delivery. Email provided an email to contact with questions: [email protected] so I immediately requested a proper receipt stating the item I purchased and an estimated delivery date. I received a reply the next day stating that they sent me a receipt and that perhaps it is in my Junk folder, and also that I should please be patient and wait for tracking information to be sent. Still no acknowledgement of what item I had purchased, referring to it only as "your package" or "the item". The payment had come out of my bank account the day after the transaction. A few days later I had a $0.52 withdrawal from my account for an "international service fee" so I contacted my bank and explained what had happened and was advised to cancel my credit card, which I did. Several more emails back and forth to Vik Rasseth stating basically the same thing, and then the next email I received from them said the item had been delivered. When I responded saying I had not yet gotten it, they told me to check with my Post Office directly because it would take too long for me to wait for them to follow up. The Post Office had no record of a package from them or any package for me that had been misdelivered. The website lists no address so I don't know where this "company" is.

Advertisement on Facebbok for good deals on toys. My credit card was billed, but nothing was ever received. Their website says they are located in the UK, but the site is registered in China. They even sent me a fake tracking number!

Per an offer on facebook, I ordered a Willow Tree figure Forget Me Not using a credit card. That credit card notified me on 4 Nov 2023 that a purchase had occurred outside of the U.S. A month later I queried Vikrasseth when I might expect delivery. Becky from Customer Service Center responded with tracking info that it had been delivered on 11-25-23. A check in person with the post office elicited that the tracking number meant it was from China but that no such package had come thru. Another query to Vikrasseth elicited it might be a few days to get a replacement out. Another query elicited Becky was willing to apply a 50 percent discount on my payment. I requested FULL REFUND. Becky's response was a refund minus the USD8.99 shipping fee. I again requested FULL REFUND or a replacement figure.

I ordered 2 items from this company and never received anything almost 2 months later. I emailed them and they say it was delivered. It was not delivered. I found out that they are a scam.

I thought I was ordering from Willow Tree.com. After placing the order, I received an order confirmation from Vikrasseth.com. I went online and found out this was a scam. No product was shipped. I emailed them immediately and it was returned as undeliverable. When the credit card statement came in, I was charged by the Vikrasseth.com company. I am so tired of having to change my credit card due to scammers. The website looked legitimate.

Scammer, VIKRASSETH, presented itself as Tractor Supply Company (TSC). Had products on a webpage, which looked exactly like Tractor Supply Company's. The product was a metal 6' high Rooster with Christmas garb and a ground birdbath with a heart. Free shipping over $50.00. Checking out looked like TSC. I received a "receipt," via e-mail, without items specified from VIKRASSETH.COM. I sent a question to [email protected]. There was a reply. When the items were not delivered and no further contact, I attempted to conact the company at the customer service email given: [email protected] and received that there was no such email

They advertised on my Facebook feed that they were selling Christmas ornaments at a reduced price. I ordered them and the money was charged on my credit card. I have received nothing and when I wrote to them the email was fraudulent and undeliverable.

It was an ad that popped up on Facebook. I should of known better, because the deals were too good to be true. BUT I ordered any way. It was all Halloween decorations.

My total was $54.91. I received an email for a receipt but nothing after that. After awhile of not receiving a tracking or shipping verification I goggled the name and

discovered it was a scam. I would just like my money back. Why do people have to scam???

I ordered 2 of what were advertised as Willow Tree brand nativity sets from a Facebook ad. I received an email acknowledgement and receipt for $79.98 and my credit card was charged for that amount on 10/29/2023. The detail on my credit card statement listed Durham GB as the billing location. Here is the text of the email:

I was told by a friend of a sale on her phone, found also on mine. Looked too good to be true so I went online and it seemed that the sale was a legit site on my home computer. Ordered a number of items on the computer site. Never saw the name Vikrasseth until it came across my credit card account as paid. Almost three weeks later can find no sales record or company acknowledgement of purchase though I was given an order #. Have to this date not received any product. Then checked Vikrasseth name online and saw they are a known scammer.

Offer was a wooden nativity set for a discounted price. There were many other items on the link I visited through instagram and I purchased the set and paid with a credit card. Product was never received. Only received confirmation of payment by email.

The scammer had a personal ad on Facebook (Meta). The scammer listed the ad as "Hallmark Overstock" merchandise. The link took me to a long list of Christmas merchandise. I selected several items as they advertised free shipping if more than $50.00 was spent. The prices were very cheap - I should have known it was too good to be true. I used my Credit Card to but the merchandise for $57. As soon as the transaction was approved, I was notified by my credit card company I made an "international transaction." I called them and disputed the transaction; I was given a temporary credit. The merchant listed on the transaction is Vikrasseth Limited. No phone number was given from the merchant for me to contact - only an email address: [email protected]. Along with my mistake for doing this I also blame Meta for not validating the merchants who pay them to advertise on Facebook.
