Complete liars!!! I saw an add on Instagram on jewelry for sale through Vilenta Jewelers. They advertise 14K pendants, necklaces, bracelets etc. on their site. They also state on the FAQ page they are located in Toronto, Canada and shipping will be processed within 2 to 4 days, and should be received in15 or 20 days. What they don’t tell you is that this stuff is actually from China and it is not 14 karat gold. There is also no address, phone number, or any way of getting hold of anyone except for email. When I reached out to them after finding out the material is from China and it would take 2 months, I asked to cancel my order. Their website states that they can return refund 80% of what you paid for. However, they told me in their email they cannot refund me.
