I communicated on Village Automotive's website prior to both my cars being towed to Village Automotive.
I had both cars towed on the weekend in April. I spoke to an employee on Monday who was nice and understanding. I communicated I would need to make a payment plan and that I need estimates. I texted that there was mold in the trunk of my Mercedes and the Sales Manager dodged this question. I have asked if jumper cables were used to start my Mercedes and again the Manager dodged this question.
I had stopped in to put items in my car and to check on both my cars and I was surprised they both were driven behind a fence kind of baracaded in without an estimates.
The back side door behind the drivers seat in the Lincoln is completly disconnected. I have no idea how this happened. I have just spent $2,850.00 at Pery Ford to have the Lincoln look like new.
I just bought the Mercedes in November for $2,700.00.
Why in the world would I abandon two cars of mine that I have spent inexcess of $5,500.00 in less then a year.
This Sales Manager is accussing me of abandoning my cars and forcing my cars on him
I have never reived even a text addressing the costs. Instead this Manager writes to my P.O. Box complaining when he should have sent estimates for my approval. I did check on both my cars a 2nd time
and the manager and took pictures and texted pictures of both my cars concerned futher damage occured while parked at Village Automotive. Both Cars of mine had been altered and damaged on the hoods. The Manager again dodges my questions. My phone shut down mysteriously.
I sent a Resume with my Roommate Angela's phone number to reach me on regarding a job.
The Manager left an unprofessional message for the front desk to give me.
Maybe the Mamager is on drugs.
I had asked the Manager what the total would be he said $800 pus dollars. I had budgeted $900 to round the total off and sent $100 to Village Automotive without an Invoice.
The hoods need to be fixed. The text I recieved on my roommate Angela's phone is false accusations and a bold face lie that the the cars aalready had damage that was preexisiting. The hood on each car were properly connected. The hoods on each car look like a drug addict took the hoods off and put the hoods back on wrong. This Manager is not the owner.
I, for the first time recieve an Invoice with a threat of a Lien on each car with $15.00 a day charge. I am being EXTORTED and RAILROADED. THEN THE Lien Company says its the DMV in Sacramento that is on the addressed envelope. The DMV in Sacramento is bot affiliated with this phoney Lien company.
This Manager has all these cars that look as if he stole the cars on the lot.
I have an interview tomorrow and need my purse from my car and am afraid to step on the lot in fear this person will go postal.
The text he sent said there was a battery charge for the Mercedes and he never communicated this to me
I doubt this Manaager has any experience as a Mechanic. I doubt this person even has a business permit to operate. This Manager is trying to steal both my cars and make this look legal and this Lien threat is very ILLEAGAL. He would have to file a claim at the Court. This Manager NEVER gave me or mailed me, or emIled me or texted me on my roommtes phone the breakdown and the amounts. I NEVER RECIEVED AN INVOICE PRIOR TO THE LIENS.
I have contacted an attorney
I communicated I would have both my cars towed to Dino's in August. Both hoods need repairing. I need to inspect the work. This is an impossible and unreasonable person to deal with. The Manager is incredibly unprofessional and I am missing money from my accounts. I am missing items from both my cars too.
Furthermore, I need a Restraining Order on Joe Connel,, who was my former rooate and abised me. Joe Connel stalks me and bow is calling my roommate. I never gave Joe Connell my roommates address. Joe Connel.knows to send correspondence to my PO Box and mailed me.an en envelope here about Liens he told Angela.
I thimk my former, monster, roommate Joe Connell is in on this. Joe Connell stole 2 sets of keys to the Lincoln. I had to have two sets made.
My Mercedes looks like original parts are missing.
Could you send a Cease and Decist from sending threatening Lien notices to me.
I shouldnt have to pay for damage that happened to both cars at Village Automotive.
