i was selling a car, they wanted me to get a car report from this website "vin enterprises" i went and got a report from a different website, they said they felt more comfortable using this one as they has used it before. so I had someone go into it and it took them someplace different they immediately went out and called their bank and froze there card.

The number they used to text me was 913-565-8046 said there name was Cody Hill

I believe they were using someones elses identity also.
