When individuals in Utah list their cars for sale on ksl.com, a popular classifieds site, scammers will reach out and want them to get a specific vehicle history report from this website: www.vinrecordpro.com. The website charges $25 but does not produce an actual vehicle history report and may well lead to additional fraud. I canceled the credit card used through PayPal and opened a case. The website did not come up on a Google search. Please make it available on your website with a fraud alert so that people know.
