I was targeted an ad on facebook for vineyard vines discounted (warehouse sale) clothes. I purchased what I thought was legitimate items. Thankfully it was only $30 worth but I purchased on 9/3/23 and still haven't received the item. I continue to email [email protected] and they do respond saying my item is on it's way but when I inquired about a refund, they said they would refund me 35% of my order. I have not reached out to my credit card company since it's been so long. NOt sure if they can do anything to recoup the cost. However, when I went to your site, it looks like other people had the same problem. Also note that they said the charge on my card would be from GWAYS.
