Thieves! I "bought" a Nitemare Before Christmas waterglobe and cuckoo clock from Viniocshop (now link takes me to CCWhisky) they sent me completely cheap plastic items that didn't resemble the pictures AT ALL! When I complained and requested a return they said I had to ship back to China, even thought it had shipped from New York state...it would've cost me $45 more! Luckily I had paid with Paypal and after a few strongly worded conversations with Paypal I was offered my full refund.

We purchased the dancing fairies lawn ornaments in June for $79. After a protracted wait, they were finally delivered and were completely unlike what was represented on the website. The products were cheaply made, not designed to be assembled as shown in the website illustration and the components were completely out of proportion with each other. Even if we'd been willing to use them, they wouldn't have gone together properly. We contacted viniocshop.com and have been involved in a lengthy series of emails trying to get them to refund our money. So far we've received nothing and they keep trying to negotiate. This website is a scam and the operators are out-and-out thieves. NEVER buy anything from these people.

I was ripped off by them too. Did you purchase through PayPal? I did, and after fighting with PayPal for weeks, I was finally refunded. Don't give up! If you keep fighting it, they will refund it. Also report it to iC3, just google it. It is a federal internet scam reporting service through the FBI. I filled out a complaint referral form as required by PayPal

I saw an ad on Instagram of my favorite Bourbon with a very competitive price on this disgusting page Viniocshop, it said they had the $80Usd bottles on $190 for 4 of them, that's almost half price, just because... well retail. When I got my order and opened it I was shocked! Four FAKE EMPTY bottles with plastic caps! I paid for glass and plastic, not Bourbon! I sent them several emails and got no response... Please let me know if someone has a plan to bring them down, I am with you...these people deserve to burn!

Same thing happened to me. I fought through PayPal and finally after weeks had my money refunded. They tried to negotiate and have me ship the bottles back to China, I refused. Don't give up, go through PayPal if that is how you paid. It took a while, but I got it back. The more PayPal complaints, the sooner they will be shut down.

I purchased some fairy garden decorations (4) for a gift. They came in and looked nothing like the website. They are cheap and I reported I wanted to return immediately as promised in their website for Customer satisfaction. I have only to receive email after email asking if i will take a $5.00 refund! I paid over $100.00 for these 4 items! Do not use them...it is a scam!

I purchased on June 14 a 79.00 dollar set of fairies yard ornaments. Very misrepresented!

I contacted them on numerous occasions that I hadn't received the items I got an email back from the individual assuring me I would get the items.

On July 20 I finally got a package of garbage nothing at all like the representative photos not put together and no great way to do so cheap and something that you might get at the dollar store yet I paid good money for trash. I ask for a refund and they basically blew me off. Then as a final result I came here to turn them in and there was no report of them these kind of people need to be dealt with harshly if they are ever caught they are thieves, I had purchases these for a gift and they are trash.

If you paid through PayPal, go through them and demand your money back. They require a bunch of documentation, but I was able to recoup my money.
