Puppy scam - was selling puppies and gave prices and total for shipping. money was sent, and was going to send shipping information next day. Then received call from shipping company wanting additional funds to ship the puppy due to needing special crate to ship part of which would be refunded once puppy arrived. Seller stated that it was a surprise to them and in order to get the puppy would have to pay the price. Seller refused to refund money stating already spent on dog food for other pets. said he didn't have money to pay for crate to send puppy. used every excuse not to refund money back.
