Contacted me about a vehicle I had for sale listed on Craigslist, pretended to be interested, asked for my name, asked for where I lived, then asked me to buy a vehicle report from vinstatusreport.com, I said I’d buy a Carfax, he said he wanted the window sticker information but I had already sent him a picture of the window sticker, I said I wasn’t buying a 25 dollar report, then he sent another link to https://marketbusinessnews.com/top-5-carfax-alternatives-get-up-to-80-discount-f...⇄ and I said your trying to scam me and he didn’t respond but the website had already gotten my name, my phone number, the vehicle vin number and my email address.
