The return process is a joke! Plus they are from China. You cannot receive a refund until YOU pay for return with a picture of the merchandise you will be returning! Then...they will send you another pair of shoes for the same price that the buyer picks!
Take my word. Do NOT buy from this site!

I had terrible experience. I ordered via a facebook ad. PayPal transaction took money out right away. The shoes arrived 3 weeks later. They were different sizes, no arch support and very uncomfortable. The company initially said they would refund 25% of the purchase price. I said no, total refund. They said no, I'd have to ship back to China, they could not track them so I'd never get my refund. They brought up Covid etc. This is a total scam company.

Ordered a pair of shoes on August 4, 2020 ,was billed right away, received shoes on August 17, 2020, they where in a blue plastic bag, no invoice or anything with them, very poor quality and they looked awful, fit terrible, notified vintadu support and they said I would have to pick something else that they would not refund the $ 67.86. I sent them a copy of the money back guarantee, posted on there ad, that reads we want you to be 100% satisfied with the product you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the purchase we offer an iron clad money back guarantee. I got a reply back that they would refund me 25% and I keep the shoes, I replied no, I am mailing them back to the address on the package from witch they came, this is in Covina, California. They told me I could not mail them there, they brought up the covid and that they would have to be mailed to china and would not able to be traced or arrive in good shape so I would end up with nothing. This is a scam company.

I purchased shoes from a Facebook ad, was charged immediately and received the shoes 2 1/2 weeks later. Immediately upon arrival, I recognized the low quality for the price. The shoe had no arch support. I emailed the "support" email address and was informed that no returns are accepted, only exchanges. I am returning the shoes, stopping payment on my credit card and filing complaints with BBB and Facebook for deceptive advertising.

Ordered a pair of shoes on March 3. Credit card was charged on March 4. Website claims all items shipped out within 20 days. Emailed company for information on status of delivery. They keep using the "Due to Covid-19" deliveries are taking longer than usual. be patient. It has been 2 months, they will not supply me with an expected arrival date, the false tracking number is that, false - it shows nothing. These people are quick to take your money, but have absolutly no intentions of filling your order. I'd like to see this website shut down. I'm not sure what the point of reporting the scam of company's here, as nothing ever seems to get done, outside of allowing people to vent. Sure would be nice to see something actually be done - shut down the company, the website, and refund my money!!!
