I posted a vehicle for sale on Craigslist and someone contacted me via text and sounded very real. They arranged to meet in person to look at vehicle but said "Oh! I just forgot to ask earlier, do you have the VTR report? I’d love to take a look at its history before we meet up." I said I'd never heard of it and sent them the carfax and they sent me a link to vintitlerecords.com and said "Carfax and VTR aren’t the same. The VTR report is typically more accurate and up-to-date, covering important details. That’s why I’m asking if you could pull the VTR report instead." and " I also bought that report when I sold my yamaha." When I looked the website up it has only been registered as a website for 4 days.
