Received USPS mail postmarked in Greensboro NC, Piedmont Triad Area on Viola Rolan LLP business letterhead addressed to myself. Kaito Viola introduces himself as a partner at Viola Rolland LLP, Canada. He claims to represent a recently deceased person with my father's name. *My father is still very much alive.* He states that there is an unclaimed permanent life insurance policy in the amount of eleven million, five hundred & fifty thousand, and three hundred United States dollars ($11,550,300.00). He kindly offers to add my name to the policy since I share the same last name and nationality with the deceased. He further stipulates that 10% must be donated to charity and that he and I will share in the remaining 90% of the benefit.

Wants me to contact him at [email protected]. "High level of confidentiality ". I have no relative by that name to leave me money.

Was told I had a potential relative who died without a will.....may or may not be true many people with my name immigrated to Canada after WW 1........she wished to split the inheritance.......documents arrived that said this was true but they were dated 4/6 when I recieved them on 4/4 ........

Lawyer letter from ViolaRoland.com informing me of a death two years ago of a wealthy real estate investor with my same last name who left an "unclaimed 'Payable-on-Death" ("POD") savings monetary deposit" totaling $11,550,300.00. The letter claims that no one has come forward to claim the money. for faster communication. Finally, the letter closes by instructing me to contact the lawyer through their email address at [email protected].

Same as above. I got a letter from ViolaRoland.com stating that someone with my last name died in Covid. It said they left $11,550,300 without family. They said they would donate 10% then split the 90% with me. I never contacted them.

I received a letter in the mail from ViolaRoland.com claiming to come from a law firm in Canada, who's client died from Covid, and who shares the same last name as I do. This supposed person was an investor in real estate and precious stone dealer. The supposed person had a permanent life insurance policy valued at $11,550,300.00, that was unclaimed (despite the firm supposedly having worked to find relatives). The letter proposes splitting the monies between me and them after giving 10% to charity. They asked me to contact them at [email protected], which I did not.

Received a letter at my home in USA from ViolaRoland.com stating an individual with my same surname who was a real estate investor and precious stone dealer had died 2 yrs earlier from COVID. There is a payable on death policy to be claimed with a monetary deposit of $11 million. Requested my contact information. 10% of $11,550,300.00 to go to charity and remaining 90% will be shared between us. Letter stated that the claim requires a high level of confidentiality. Asked for consent to be in partnership with the sender of the letter and for permission for my name to be added to the policy. Letter with postmark of Greensboro, NC in USA (Piedmont Triad Area 24 Mar 2026 PM5) with USA postage affixed to the envelope

Viola Roland LLP, whose website is ViolaRoland.com, sent a letter dated March 25, 2026 and advised that a person with the same last name as resident at our house had a life insurance policy worth $11,550,300.00. This person was a Covid-19 victim, Real Estate investor and precious stone dealer who died about 2 years ago and efforts to locate relatives had been unsuccessful. Viola Roland would add resident's name to the policy if consented. They then indicated that they would process a claim and disburse the funds as follows: 10% charity, 90% split between Viola Roland LLP and resident. I did not contact them or pursue further action. Letter stated "This is 100% risk free!" Letter postmarked from Greensboro, NC 1 Apr 2026, but for Toronto based Viola Roland LLP.

I received a letter from one Kaito Viola, claiming to be a partner at Viola Roland LLP from ViolaRoland.com. It asks me to join the author in claiming an unclaimed monetary deposit in the sum of $11,550,300, from a policy held by "Late Eng. Robert *******". The letter states, "If you permit me to add your name to the policy, all proceeds will be processed on your behalf. I wish to point out that I want 10% of this money to be shared among charity organizations while the remaining 90% will be shared between us."
