Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I ordered the lipstick in the CALISSON shade (see pictures attached) which is nothing like the color that I received (even though the product I received is labeled as CALISSON).
The pictures were totally misleading. When I asked for a return or an exchange, they said they did neither because I opened the lipstick case - even though I showed them that I color I received did not resemble the pictures on the website.
*I ordered a nude shade, I received a dark red/brown.
