Ordered their face pillow on October 14th. Was listed in stock with shipping in 5-9 days. No tracking information ever available. Reached out to their support via email several times. Got one response about 2 weeks later with generic response that they would look into order. Have emailed since with no response.

I saw their ad on Instagram and ordered the item, I received a confirmation email. A month after placing the order the status still said "confirmed," I reached out to ensure it had been shipped. I proceeded to email the support email on their website 3 times and never heard back. I have since found YouTube videos and Reddit posts detailing other people's similar experiences with paying for the item and never receiving the item they paid for. Their Instagram appears to now be deleted or missing.

It had been over a month so I emailed asking about receiving a tracking number and was emailed back and told “ Thank you so much for your purchase! I’m happy to assist you with your order and wanted to let you know that I’m closely tracking it to ensure it arrives as soon as possible. ”

I then emailed back for a tracking number with no response . 2 months later I asked for a refund and still no answer and the website is still active.

The company is stealing pictures and information from a different pillow company. They claim to sell the same pillow and no one receives their pillow and they keep the money that was used with credit card information. In addition to addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.
