On November 7th I seen an ad for a squishmallows advent calendar on tik tok shop. The calendar was on sale for $29.99, I placed the order using my bank debit card. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. On November 13 I received an email stating a shipping label had been made and tracking information would be available within 48 hours. I received no further communication from this company and still have not received the calendar. I have attempted to contact them thru the support email on their website three times for updates and finally to just have the order canceled and refunded with no response. I can not find a phone number to call and speak to somebody.

Scammer advertised on TikTok. I placed an order for an advent calendar on November 7th. I received an email on November 13th that a shipping label was created and the package was awaiting pick up by USPS. There has been no change in the status of the shipment, no communication from the seller, and no response to multiple emails sent to the support email.
