However, nothing was deleted after 90 days of waiting and receding emails. My, scores actually went DOWN. Emailed her serveral of times; until she finally replied today (7/19/2019). Very nasty saying "you think you can pay $149.00, and all the years of your bad credit will be fixed by me. You ruined your own credit. Says "due to your own irresponsibility. I dont promise deletions". I wasted $149.00, and two months of paying $25.00 for the credit monitoring. She's super unrofessional, hostile, and a Fraud.
And, she and her husband are Felons. Take your money elsewhere. You're paying to be disrespected and nothing accompolished. Many people on Facebook havebtried to bring awareness to her false business practices.
