Rochelle Delley cold called me and presented herself as a dispatcher of VIP DISPATCHER service. She stated her client had a dedicated freight lane from Raleigh, NC to Wilmington, NC and if I was interested in a contract with them she will email me some information. She did email a service quote stating each round trip load would be $1500. She then asked for all my company documents such as W9, Insurance, factoring, EIN, MC and DOT numbers in addition $253 as an admin fee and risk waver fee to enter my information into the shippers system. After she received this information she started prolonging sending the contract and stopped responding.
