Throwing good money after bad - SCAM!
Too many details to this scam to write out but just know that after you pay for original vacation package, you can never book. Then before they have availability the company supposedly goes out of business. VIP Globe comes in and wants an additional $595 to re-activate my $1299 package but this time i have to go to a new resort in an area way outside of Puerto Vallarta. Not where I want to be and I don't trust that VIP Globe won't go out of business.
Check out the websites that all look alike.

Dear Allison:
The company from whom you purchased your promotional vacation package back in 2017 is no longer in business. Our company, VIP Globe purchased their database and will be providing the vacations that you paid for. We’ve been reaching out to the customers that we’ve acquired to help them go on vacation to Puerto Vallarta which is our company’s resort destination. Now, with that being said, we are not asking you to travel right away, however we ask that you make that reservation within 24 hours.
Destination: Puerto Vallarta Mexico
Dates: 12 months to travel
Duration: Please note that this is for a 6 day 5 night ALL-INCLUSIVE vacation (your 3 meals, snacks, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are included). You will be picked up at the airport in Puerto Vallarta and taken to the resort.
Your responsibilities: Airline Tickets, Resort Fee of $249 USD
Please note that in Puerto Vallarta we have (3) luxury properties of which you can select one that best accommodates you for your next vacation. Below are the resorts options and websites:
www.vallartagardens.com
https://www.barcelo.com/en-us/occidental-nuevo-vallarta/
https://www.matlali.com/
Upon making the reservation we will honor your bonus vacations
FAILURE TO MAKE THE RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN COMPLETE TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
Sincerely,
