This website, which was advertised on Facebook, claimed to have a 70% off sale on Hydroflasks. At the time when I purchased the website said Hydroflask and was a pretty good imitation of the real website. I had absolutely no clue and was tricked as this company is also based in China and has been absolutely no help. I attempted to cancel the order by contacting them several times and they ignored me until they had shipped the items and could no longer cancel. I have emailed back and forth with them several times informing them that I am intending on returning. They refuse to tell me how to return and instead told me to “refuse the package”, which is not how package delivery works. These are cheaply made knockoffs and now when I check their website I see they have changed their name and aren’t claiming to sell Hydroflasks anymore. I have been emailing someone named Salinas Frieda through email as that is what their service email is labeled as.
