Bought an omega watch from Mack Ballard aka “VIP time” off Amazon. Item never arrived, and the company kept making excuses as to why it didn’t arrive. After multiple attempts to get my refund from them, I filled a claim with Amazon and my credit card company. The company immediately sent out an empty envelope through USPS, in order to satisfy a paper trail for the dispute. I have the video proof of the item they tried to deliver( empty envelope) and all correspondence from them proving they are a scam company. read through their Amazon reviews they have been doing it to a lot of people. And I imagine they have been filling mail insurance fraud cases on products they never actually sent in the empty packages.. All you have to do is look at their history. A company scamming people out of hard earned money like this should not exist.
