They take your credit card number or any other forms of payment. Then process the order. Then they never delivered to you. When you email them and tell them you have not received it they tell you they're sorry that they found out was sent to the wrong address and that they will send it to you express mail. You shall receive it in five to seven working days which you do not ever receive it.
