I ordered two pairs of Dansko flats, Kristen Black Milled Nubuck and Kristen Taupe Milled Nubuck. What they sent me were two pair of knock off Dansko clogs, wild flower print, made out of plastic, not even close to what I had ordered. When I emailed them they said "because the shoes I had ordered were out of stock, they choose to substitute my items," I let them know I did not want their substitute and asked that they email me the return address so I could return the shoes and that they refund my order 100%. We have now emailed back and forth a few times as they keep saying they will refund me 10% then it was 30% and now they said "give them to a friend!" They do not have a listed phone number or physical address. At this point I am out $105.00 and have two cheap pairs of shoes that I don't want. I am waiting on another email response from them regarding refund. Their website and email they sent after I ordered all looked legit. Please do not order from them.
