This is a 3rd party business who managed to get a contract through walmart to sell items online to buyers online who think they are buying from walmart but they are not. This small company of a few men ate sending out TVs smaller than what you paid for on walmart. And shipping them in a box for a bigger size TV. You order online for a 40" and they send you a 36". Then when you actually get a tape measure out to measure the TV and call them for fraud they tell you they will give you your money back but will not send the larger size you ordered and paid for. It's a scam

Milliions of Americans are ordering online and it is up to them to notice the fraud. This company is very very distespectfull when you call them and they have been caught

Walmart created a case agaist Vipoutlet in this case of the TV ordered and they decline to correct the size. It's is you can catch them . and if you do, they will not ship the larger tv or item of .pte value they let you swnd it back for a refund and very likely are sending the smaller TV to another unsuspecting customer. Walmart needs to cut ties with this miami refurbishing shipping company

I would not have filed this complaint but the representative I talked to tonight was so disrespectful and he told me to "go ahead and file a complaint ". I will inform innocent people for sure now. Very rude telephone rep and poped off several times even when I told him the call was being recorded. The item sent was worth less than the correct item paid for and ordred by the cuatomer. A smaller cheaper TV
