Ordered what appeared to be nice face masks on May 4th. Payment taken promptly by VGS and never heard from them again. Fortunately PayPal’s protection was a mechanism to get a refund.

I would avoid doing business with Viral Gear Store.

Placed an order April 16,2020. Received an order number and made payment, which was taken from my account. Still haven’t received any product, or heard anything from the company. Tried to email them and thus far have been ignored. Tried to go to the webpage, only to find out that it is “under construction”. Looked all over for a contact us phone number or chat line and there is NOTHING out there. Really thinking that this WHOLE Company is a joke.

Purchased an item for $ 27.98 over a month . I inquired about it several times and have been told " a little longer " Still waiting for the latest reply
