I placed the order in December before Xmas. It’s been well over a month I’ve been emailing and they stop responding. I want my money back at this point.

I ordered these lights on Dec 6th. The money was out of my account before I got a confirmation email. I never received a tracking number after 2 weeks. I emailed them with no avail. Then decided to message them on IG. IG responded and said they sent my info to processing department. Next day they sent a FAKE tracking number. After 3 days I contacted them again and they said it would update after a couple days. Well here we are, I've contacted them again and again with no response. I leave comments all over their social media and they delete them! I have screen shots to prove all of this. Also I've seen other comments of people that say how they were ripped off as well and Viral Lights delete those also.

I ordered a set of lights for my daughter for Christmas from virallights.com. The next day I received an email saying it had shipped but the tracking number was invalid. I contacted them by email multiple times and only got an apology each time. It’s been over 2 weeks now. I have asked for a refund for the product and was denied because it “has already shipped” I checked the tracking again and tracking is still unknown. I started looking into it further and I am not the only one this has happened to. My credit card information was also used to try to make larger purchases from other websites and virallights is the only place I have used that card in the last 6 months. Now this website says it is a malicious site.
