I placed and paid for an order on 11/30/2020, that was supposed to take 5-15 days to finish, so, for this particular item, it asked you to be patient, since it was special made, and that I would be contacted when my order was ready. So I was patient, and did not even try to contact them until today. When I did try to contact them, I immediately receive an automated email back that said, The response from the remote server was: 571 5.7.1 Message contains spam or virus or sender is blocked : wood61_250c4b527450 And I am also unable to get on their website as well, so I can only assume that they blocked me and have no intensions of sending to product I paid for.

I would like to receive the product I ordered, but if that is not possible for any reason, I would like a reimbursement. This whole thing about not being able to contact them, makes me think it must be a scam.
