I found this vinyl style speaker on their site that was buy one get one free. I bought it, but a week passed and I didn't hear anything back. So when I checked my order I noticed that the buy one get one free was removed. 2 weeks following my initial purchase I got charged an additional $19.96 on my account. I attempted to call and email. The phone number is not a valid number nor the email listed on their site. I found another email, [email protected], that went through but no response. I called my bank and had both transactions cancelled back in June, but today I noticed I have a pending transaction from them again. I called to have it disputed. I want to make sure they don't do this to other people again.
