Man called my elderly mother and said she had won a huge prize and in order to claim her prize she had to buy insurance and send $30,000 to Virginia S Baxley (that is correct $30,000) for insurance in order to receive her prize. Scared her because he said he was going to come to her house on Tuesday morning when Publishers Clearing House showed up with her check and that she couldn't get her check from PCH until she sent Virginia $30,000. He was very forceful and told her to get her checkbook and he would "watch" her write her check so she could walk it to her mailbox to send it to Virginia. He called back 4 times including her cellphone number which she gave to him because she told him she was going out of town. She even gave him my home address when he wanted to know where she was going. Upon telling me, I had his calls blocked both to her home phone and her cellphone. This has been reported to her neighbors, the police, the FTC and now the ScamPulse.com.
