Several tactics were utilized: - correct name of the LLC, correct address of the LLC, a document number , a citation of the VA code (13.1), urged me to pay by end of October, asserted the company will not disclose any information about the business.
They were soliciting a $135 fee for the annual registration form, and a signature to be utilized as an electronic signature.
My business would save $10 if the form was completed online by a deadline date.
I checked their website, it was poorly done.
