The inquiry came via email as to automatic 2-year renewal of technical spport for computer at a cost of $574.00. I called the number provided to complain and to cancel immediately, as I never heard ofthe company and did not ok such a plan. The person said I would receive a cancellation email in 48 hours, which I feel is unlikely. The only info I gave was my email, which they already had. The person (a male) also called me by my first name, which I am not sure how they knew. The email and call left me feeling uncomfortable. Therefore, I contacted the ScamPulse.com of VA and they told me this company has closed, which makes me think this is a scam.
