Type of a scam Online Purchase
After a time, I attempted to cancel the purchase but this requires human intervention when in pending status. I received no response from a ticket submitted and so disputed the charge with my bank.
The next month, another charge went through and I again disputed it. A third and fourth month were charged and I submitted a fraud alert with my bank and this should block the company. A fifth month it's attempting to be charged shortly and hopefully will be blocked.
I've reported them to the FBI Internet Fraud Department as well.
I've submitted many tickets and never received a human response. There is no method to cancel the product.
This is a fraud and scam business.
