Hello, this i* **** I was looking for ways to recover money that I lost in a cryptocurrency scam platform BYOK. I joined a telegram group " Crypto currency" and I inquired if anyone knows about crypto scam, a woman who identified herself as Daniela Marie sent me a text message saying that "what help you need?". I asked her if she knew about BYOK platform. She introduced herself as account manager and financial advisor in Swan Capital Group and encouraged me to invest with company as they have 5 investment plans starting from 1k to 50k. So, I i decided to take BRONZE PLAN which requires 1k deposit of bitcoin and after 07 days the profit will be 11k. So bronze plan started on 24th of November, 2023 and ended on 1st December,2023. Then I received a email from company said my trade was successful with a total profit of $27206 and they charge 10% of total profits as Tax fee which has to be paid before withdrawal. So, I asked my Marie what is tax fee and why she did not told me before. She replied she forgot and then I contacted company financial manager Mr.lucas on WhatsApp through website and explained the siltation. He simply said it was human error so please pay tax fee to get your withdrawal. I doubted them and asked about their registration. The woman sent me an SEC and CRD number which actually was for another Swan company unfortunately, I noticed later. I borrowed money and paid tax fee $2720 on 06 December,2023. Then I received an email from company and they advised me to send my "Account Investment Certificate" (A.I.C) for withdrawal. I was shocked and I contacted Mr.Lucas and Ms.Marie about that and they said you need to get this certificate from IBPC which has fee. I am so upset they took all my money and not even giving back my money that I invested and tax fee. I don't know what should I do ? Please help me.
