PayVentures Logistics, Inc. AKA PayWard Logistics, Inc. (escrow agent) and Florence J. Moenart, 19 Kellogg St, Oyster Bay, NY 11771 are attempting to sell a John Deere tractor. On Jan. 16, 2023, a buyer (****** *****) contacted me through my past employer questioning the notary signature and stamp on the Escrow Agreement. On Feb. 1, 2023, another buyer (**** *****) contacted me through my past employer also questioning the notary signature and stamp saying it looked like a "cut & paste" onto the Agreement. I did not sign the attached documents. My notary stamp is in my possession. My notary license expired in 2022.
